We are seeking dynamic and dedicated specialized TIBCO professionals
for multiple assignments with our Clients.
Job description:
The Candidate should possess in-depth expertise in the software
design, development, and implementation of B2B and Enterprise
Application Integration (EAI) solutions using TIBCO software products,
including BusinessWorks, InConcert, IntegrationManager, Enterprise
Message Service, Rendezvous, Designer, Adapters and Repository, Hawk.
The candidate should be well versed in TIBCO architecture and
implementation solutions and possess the ability to administer and
configure TIBCO products under various platforms. In addition the
candidate should have good skills in web development lifecycle,
database knowledge and SQL experience.
The candidate would work with a team responsible for promoting TIBCO
technology adoption across the enterprise which includes implementing
application specific solutions using TIBCO software products; leading
and teaching others through doing, knowledge sharing, mentoring and
training; documenting guidelines, best practices and lessons learned
and participating in architecture reviews and code inspection
sessions.
The candidate needs to be highly motivated with good written and oral
communication skills and possess a proven track record of being able
to plan, prioritize, estimate and deliver projects on time.
The candidate would work with Lead Enterprise Architects, Sr.
Technical Architects and project-specific architects to understand key
Enterprise Integration logical requirements.
He/She will formulate Client Enterprise Infrastructure strategy,
approach, standards, procedures, and S/W and ensure alignment with
Client standards and strategic technology decisions.
He/She will ensure appropriate capabilities for vertical and
horizontal expansion of the Integration Infrastructure.
He/She will ensure that projects are supported with the required Dev,
Test, thru Pre-Production environments as agreed, with the correct
Service Levels.
He/She will install and support core TIBCO software and Integration
Common Services, Develop approach to Integration Environment ,
Monitoring and Management. Define Standards, Guidelines and Rules,
Communicate and report task-level status to the System Administration
Team Lead, and Support extractions and loads from other systems
He/She should be knowledgeable on the implementation of the TIBCO
communication environment with clear understanding of Performance
Monitoring and the administration of the Hawke monitoring tool,
establish and maintaining Storage Management and Backup/Recovery
The candidate should provide Disaster Recovery Plan support, problem
resolution during development, rollout and production support and
utilize change management processes and procedures to make changes.
Requirement:
Minimum of six years of experience in IT
Minimum of three years of TIBCO Active Enterprise Administration
ERP SAP experience preferred
Experience implementing EAI tools and processes
Prior experience configuring TIBCO environments
Experience managing TIBCO domains and projects
Must be knowledgeable with the following:
TIBCO Administrator 5.X
Past experience with TIBCO in High Availability environment with
clustering. UNIX Scripting and Pearl Experience
TIBCO Hawk monitoring
HAWK Certification a plus
Experience with Business Works, EMS, JMS
