tooltip with a scrollbar

Hi,
I'm have developed a datagrid with a tooltip for a some of its
columns.
The problem is that I added a scrollbar (an outer span) to that grid
and now the Y coordinate is relative to the scrollbar and not to the
screen.

so how could I solve it?
