upload - how to make it with jsp

Hi,

I am interested in implementing the "Upload" feature(such as the
"Attached file" in Yahoo email or "Upload image" in many web site) in
my website.
What technique should I use? Servlet? Jsp, ASP, CGI? What are the pros
and cons? Could someone give me some sample code?
