Hey everybody!

I have some problems getting webservices to work on my one of my test
web-servers (A).

Server setup:
The server (A) (Windows 2000 with .Net Framework 1.1) is only
accessable through our ISA server (B) (Windows 2000 - configured as a
proxy server). The proxy server (B) is also protected with a
TrendMicro InterScan webprotection (Version 3.6).
It is not possible bypass the proxy server (B) to this specific server
(A) as it is located on a external network.
I don't know much about the TrendMicro InterScan software so it may be
that I'm not submitting enough info on this.

The webservice:
The webservice is a simple 'Hello World' application.

Symptoms:
The webservice works fine on other test servers (C), without going
through the proxy (B) that is, and if I browse the webservice, I'm
able to access the helloworld.asmx page in my browser on the remote
test server (A).
But: When I try to add the webservice as a web reference in my .NET
application (In Microsoft Visual Studio .NET) I get a time-out.
Íf I press the 'Cancel'-button I'm able to see the helloworld.asmx
page in the browser window, but I cannot add the service.

Other info:
- I do have a firewall between my computer and the test servers (A /
C), but it dosn't seem to matter if I bypass it or not - I have tried
both.

- I have tried to use the default .NET Proxy configuration, where it
inherits the settings in the Explorer, but I have also tried to
manually change the C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\CONFIG\machine.config
file to ensure that .NET uses the proxy (B).

- The Proxy server (B) does not require user authentication when
accessing external adresses.
