Websweeper blocks asp.net webpage

I'm developing an asp.net intranet site for my company.

The IT dept. runs websweeper version 4 which blocks a few pages in the
application.

All the pages in the intranet site are plain HTML, Javascript,
Stylesheet and graphics.

I'm having a hard time figuring out how to get past this problem.
