what/where is the .resources file

Hi,


I am getting the following error:

System.Resources.MissingManifestResourceException: Could not find any
resources appropriate for the specified culture or the neutral culture.
Make sure "MyApp.wanted.resources" was correctly embedded or linked into
assembly "App_Web_pnwplmtv" at compile time, or that all the satellite
assemblies required are loadable and fully signed.


What were is this "MyApp.wanted.resources" file suppose to be, is this
something that is compiled
