Windows PIL installer question

    Is there any way to run the PIL installer from the command line on
    Windows in 'silent' mode, without displaying the install screens or
    requiring user interaction?

    Is it a .msi?
    msiexec /i filename.msi /quiet /log path\to\logfile.log
