Basically there is an 'edit' link button which let the user edit the page's
content.
and a submit button to send back the edited content.
1. I want the edit asp:LinkButton visible on the page only if the current
user has a certain role, how do I do that?
2. I want the submit button to fail if the user don't have role and return a
standart 403 error, how do I do that?
