access file in diff. server

Hi,

I 've encountered an error - 503 - server unavailable and when debugging ,
it stops at;

myWebClient.DownloadFile(myStringWebResource, Trim(PCdirectory) +
Trim(filename.Text) + ".txt")

actually, the program is supposed to download a file from win2003- server
into my own PC . I 've created virtual web directory in the server.where the
file is resided. The application and database are in 2 different servers.

can anybody help me??
