How to get only custom cell?

Like DataReader, dr.GetString(1);

AccessDataSource1.SelectCommand = "SELECT [UserName], [Password] FROM
[tbUsers] WHERE ([UserName] = " + tbUserName.Text;

if(tbPassword.Text = AccessDataSource1...???
