ActiveScriptRuby security problem !?

Hi,

I just installed ActiveScriptRuby 1.8.2.0 on my WinDoze box.
The installation went fine (no complains).
When I execute the *hta sample demos they work fine.
Now when I rename the *.hta files to *html to execute them within
IExplorer, IExplorer complains with e.g.:

Insecure operation 'require'
Insecure operation 'exists?'

Is this a sandbox issue, or am I doing something completely wrong ???
Is there any ENGLISH documentation for ActiveScriptRuby ?
