A secured PDF usually does not print because the owner has added print restrictions. The file may open normally, but printing, copying, or editing can still be blocked from the security settings. This happens a lot with invoices, reports, manuals and office files. First open the PDF properties and check the security section. If printing says not allowed, then the restriction needs to be removed before printing. If you know the PDF password, you can try Softaken Unlock PDF Files for this. It can remove print, edit, copy, and password restrictions from locked PDF files when the known password is available. After unlocking, save the new file in a separate folder and try printing again. Also keep the original PDF safe before making changes. Do not use unknown password cracking methods or random online sites, especially if the PDF has private data.
