Our company is modernizing its messaging infrastructure and moving historical Outlook archives into Microsoft 365. The migration itself isn't the difficult part—it's ensuring that every mailbox remains complete after the process.

We've tested Microsoft's built-in migration workflow, but managing permissions, Azure uploads, CSV files, and validation jobs requires significant planning. The process becomes even more complicated when different business units maintain their own PST archives.

During my research, I found the DRS Softech PST Converter Tool because several IT administrators mentioned its ability to process multiple PST files simultaneously while preserving mailbox structure and attachments. Features like folder preview, date filtering, duplicate removal, and support for multiple output formats appear useful when dealing with enterprise email archives.

Our management has emphasized that missing emails are unacceptable because archived mailboxes are frequently referenced during legal reviews and internal investigations. For that reason we're looking for a dependable way to Import PST File to Office 365 while maintaining complete data integrity from beginning to end.

We're also considering running the migration department by department instead of processing every mailbox together. That would allow better monitoring and easier rollback if unexpected issues appear.

Once testing is complete, the final objective will be to upload PST to Office 365 across several hundred user accounts with minimal downtime. If anyone has experience managing enterprise-scale PST migrations, I'd appreciate recommendations on planning, scheduling, and avoiding common migration mistakes.

Key Features Of PST Converter Tool:
1. Maintains Original Email Integrity
2. Date Range Filter
3. Remove Duplicate Emails
4. Automatic Corruption & File Status Detection
5. Advanced Preview & Search Option
6. Direct Cloud & Email Migration
7. Compatible with all major versions of Windows OS and Microsoft Outlook

Note: The demo version of the software allows users to convert up to 50 emails per folder.
