Has anyone dealt with exporting a huge Outlook archive for legal or compliance purposes? Our legal department asked us to provide several years of client communication as PDF files, and manually printing every email from Outlook simply isn't realistic.
Initially we tried Outlook's built-in Print to PDF option, but after processing only a few folders we realized it would take days. We also wanted every email header, timestamp, attachment reference, and folder structure preserved properly.
During my search I found the DRS Softech PST Converter Tool and decided to test it. The preview feature helped us confirm every folder before exporting, and the search filters made it easy to locate emails from specific senders and date ranges.
The biggest advantage was the ability to Convert PST to PDF in bulk while keeping the original mailbox structure intact. Instead of spending hours printing emails one by one, we completed the export much faster, and every PDF looked exactly like the original Outlook message.
Has anyone compared different PST conversion tools for legal documentation? I'd appreciate hearing what worked best for your organization.
Key Features Of PST Converter Tool:

8. The demo version of the software allows users to convert up to 50 emails per folder.
