Need to share PST emails with someone who doesn't use Outlook

I have a PST archive containing project discussions, approvals, and client communications from several years ago. A colleague needs access to some of these emails, but they don't use Outlook and can't open PST files directly.

My first thought was to export individual emails, but there are hundreds of messages involved. That's when I started looking for ways to Convert PST File to PDF so the emails could be viewed on any computer without requiring Outlook.

The manual approach seems straightforward if you only have a few emails. Open the message in Outlook, print it to PDF, and save it. However, this becomes extremely tedious when dealing with large folders. There's also the risk of overlooking important emails during the process.

While researching, I found references to the DRS Softech PST Converter Tool, which apparently supports bulk conversion and preserves email details such as sender information, timestamps, and folder hierarchy. For large mailboxes, that seems far more efficient than manually exporting each email.

Has anyone here needed to share Outlook email archives with non-Outlook users? What method did you use, and did it preserve all important information correctly?

This is one of the most common problems because the PST file format is compatible with only Microsoft Outlook; hence, when a person tries to share it with someone who is using other email clients, such as Gmail, Apple Mail, or Thunderbird, he or she will not be able to view or access the content in that file. In this case, it is better to transfer the emails to another format, especially when dealing with huge PST files. To do so, I used Softaken PST Converter because this utility accurately migrates my data without losing or corrupting my PST file, and it supports different file formats, which helps to convert PST files into many formats like PDF, EML, MBOX, and others.
