Adding user to ACL from ASP.NET page?

Out intranet site will have integrated Windows Authentication implemented.
Users will fill out a questionere and submit it in order to get access to the
remainder of the site.
How can I:
1. Detect user's login,
2. Add him/her to the OurSiteGroup (defined with appropriate cridentials
prior to the site going live) group upon submitting the questionare.
