Anyone have the cd rom for Designing With Javascript Book?

I have the book by Nick Heinle (O'Reily publishing), first edition,
1997. I lost my accompanying cdrom when I moved.

Does anyone have this cdrom they can zip up? I'm sure it's not large
since all the code is plain text.
