ASP/PHP/Perl script to do web-based TODO/CALENDAR/CONTACTS ?

Hi,

Looking for a script that will allow me and another person to share and
update a todo list, calendar and contacts via a web interface to an Access
(or MSSQL or MySQL at a push) database.

Any recommendations? I have the webspace already.
