aspnet_wp.exe stopped unexpectedly - Please Help

I get the following message when i try to run a program written in
DotNet. I use SQL DMO in the project and the error comes when i try to
execute the database.transfer method of the SQLDMO.

If anyone has faced such problems or if anyone knows the solution to
this please help me.
