Hello all,

I've been trying to use the Ruby/PAM library to authenticate users but I
still couldn't get it working. It looks like Ruby/PAM is not updated
(according to the readme file, the last time it was tested, kernel version
was still 2.4 and ruby version was 1.6).

I would like to know if anyone knows how can I validate users passwords,
which are stored in ldap. The idea was to use PAM, but any suggestions are
welcome.

Further details:
-> It will be used on a website (using ruby on rails)
-> OS: FreeBSD 6.2 or Gentoo

Thanks!
