You can't upload MBOX files directly to Zoho Mail, no. There is no built-in way to import MBOX files directly into Zoho Mail.
You can use Mozilla Thunderbird as a workaround instead. To begin, bring your MBOX file into Thunderbird. After that, set up your Zoho Mail account using IMAP. After that, drag and drop emails from the MBOX folder to your Zoho mailbox, and they will sync right away.
In my experience, this method works well for a small number of emails, but it can be slow and a little tricky for big files.
The BLR MBOX Converter Tool can help you move MBOX emails more easily while keeping attachments and the structure of the emails the same.
Using an mbox to pst converter can also give you more options if you want to manage your data on more than one platform.
So, even though you can't upload directly, there are still easy and useful ways to finish the migration.
