I have several folders containing EML files collected from different sources, and after reviewing them, I've noticed that many emails appear more than once across different folders.
Before making any changes, I'd like to know whether there's a reliable way to remove duplicate emails while preserving the original email content, attachments, sender details, and folder organization. I also want to avoid accidentally deleting unique messages that may look similar.
What approach would you recommend for cleaning up duplicate EML files spread across multiple folders?
