Is it possible to test a VCF splitting tool before processing an entire contact list?

I am careful with my contact database because it contains personal and business information. Before using any software on hundreds of contacts, I would like to try it on a small sample and verify the results. Is there a safe way to test the process first so I can confirm that the output files are accurate and complete before splitting the whole VCF file?

Yes, it is possible to test it first, and that is the better way to handle a large contact file.

For this task, WholeClear Split vCard Software can be used as a practical Windows-based option. It provides a free demo version that allows users to split 25 contacts from a VCF file. This helps check the output before processing the complete contact list.

After testing, open a few split VCF files and compare them with the original contacts. Check phone numbers, email addresses, profile images, company details, URLs and notes. If these details look correct. Then the licensed version can be used for unlimited contacts.

It also supports vCard 2.1, 3.0 and 4.0 so it works well with files exported from different apps and platforms. A safe tip is to keep the original VCF file in a separate backup folder before starting the split process.
