Importing MBOX to an AOL Mail account can be tricky because AOL does not support MBOX files directly. However, you can still complete the process using a simple workaround or a professional solution.
The manual method involves using Mozilla Thunderbird as an intermediate platform. First, install Thunderbird and import your MBOX files using the ImportExportTools NG add-on. Then, configure your AOL Mail account in Thunderbird using IMAP settings. Once the account is set up, you can drag and drop emails from the MBOX folders into your AOL inbox. Thunderbird will automatically sync the emails to your AOL account. While this method works, it can be time-consuming and may not be suitable for large MBOX files.
For a quicker and more reliable solution, using a professional MBOX Converter is highly recommended. A trusted tool like BLR Tools allows you to import MBOX files into your AOL Mail account or convert them into a compatible format without any complications. It ensures that all emails, attachments, and metadata are preserved during the process.
Overall, if you want an easy, fast, and hassle-free way to import MBOX to AOL Mail, using a professional MBOX Converter is the best option.

It's not as easy to import MBOX files into an AOL Mail account as just uploading them, because AOL doesn't handle MBOX files natively. I had the same problem when I tried to move some old email backups to my AOL account. At first, I tried doing it by hand, but they were either too complicated or didn't keep the email format right. After trying a few things and failing, I chose a professional solution and used TrustVare IMAP Importer. It made everything go smoothly and without stress, and I was able to move all of my MBOX emails immediately into my AOL Mail account without losing any data.

Simple Way I Did It
Put the software on your computer and run it.
Put the MBOX file(s) into the tool.
Fill in your AOL Mail IMAP login information, such as your email address, password, and server settings.
Choose folders or the whole mailbox
Begin the process of importing
