Building pdflib-2.01 with tiff enabled

i have to build pdf files from tiff in a visual basic application, so i
downloaded http://download.devparadise.com/pdflib-2.01.zip pdflib's
2.01 source to make the visual basic bind, but the vb bind doesnt build
with libtiff support, i read \pdflib-2.01\doc\install.txt and
\pdflib-2.01\readme.txt to add tiff support with "with-tiff=path", but
i dont know how to do it

Perhaps you should consider asking in 'microsoft.public.vc.*' hierarchy,
then... There is one newsgroup specifically dedicated to setting up
your projects in VC++...
