Yes, I should have deleted the URLs in my first followup.
Arguably, no followup at all is more effective. Either that or a complaint
to the ISP, but the cost/benefit ratio on that isn't looking good.
If anyone wanted to do the research, a complaint to each of the
publishers whose copyrights are infringed by the site might get some
results.

Though it was nice of them to include their affiliate links to Amazon
along with the (almost certainly) illegal PDF downloads. :)

Perhaps a few e-mails to the proper people at Amazon would be in order
as well?
