CGI scripts

Hi all,

This is going to sound like such a rookie question I know but I am
completely clueless about this! As part of a disertation i need to
collect information from a companys customers and I have decided to buy
webspace in order to do this. I was wondering how simple/difficult it
would be to create a form where users answer questions in radio and
text box style questions and then once they are submitted they can be
collected at an email addres??

If anyone has any tips/ advice/ good websites so I can make a start it
would be greatly appreciated, I have a webpage in html, just now need
to implement the CGI script.

You're asking in the wrong forum. Javascript is for client side scripting.
You need to be looking at server side scripting (where CGIs run). Try over
at comp.lang.php
