Check box not posting when unchecked

Hi,

I have a page in which all controls are created dynamically. For the
exception of the CheckBox control, all other controls post back properly.

When the CheckBox is "checked", it will actually post and I can see the
entry in the Request.Form collection. When the CheckBox is "unchecked", the
control does not appear in the Request.Form collection.

Help will be greatly appreciated.
