Companyweb and Remote workplace not working

After running Microsoft Best Practive Analyzer, I followed the instruction on
how to change the ASP.net version from 2.0 to 1.1. SInce then no one can
access the company web from out site and also the Remote Workplace gives a
403 error. I appreciate any help
