Compile dll from aspx.vb using Visual Studio .Net

If I have access to Visual Studio .Net, but I need to compile all my aspx.vb.
how would I do this?

I put all my pages aspx that compiled but appear an error in the aspx.
I dont know what to do
someone knows???
