Hi guys,

I've the pleasure to have a comment from David Hansson creator of Ruby
on Rail about AHAH section.

Here follow his comment:

» 19 May 2006 "My only point is that I think innerHTML is the most
useful part of the DOM that's widely implemented. I don't really care
where it came from (Microsoft, so did XMLHttpRequest) nor that its not
part of some sanctioned spec. It works in all the major browsers and it
makes the life of a Ajax developer more pleasurable to live".

cheers,

Daniele

So, it is not about the ahah library, but it is a comment about innerHTML.

Too bad the Ahah principle is a lot simpler to implement than what they
are using and has been being done a lot longer than the new-fangled term
"AJAX" has been around.

I did, or I wouldn't have mentioned it :)

Nothing in the quote you posted even remotely mentions AHAHSection, or
AHAH at all:

<quote>

</quote>

That quote is generically in regards to innerHTML and its implications
to AJAX (Even though most people don't understand what AJAX really is).
The fact that it may or may not have been mentioned in relation to an
AHAH doesn't change the fact that it has nothing to do - directly - with
AHAH and has more to do with innerHTML than anything else.

No, but a spell checker would be nice.
