Is there a standard way to create an install.rb?

Look at Ruby Application Archive (http://raa.ruby-lang.org/) for:

* setup.rb (also at http://i.loveruby.net/en/setup.html) --
note that install.rb is now merged into setup.rb

* install-pkg -- not sure how it helps, but it's there.
