Hi, all:

Please take a look at http://textfairy.com/

I would like input about the navigation, if you know what this is for when
you first see it, if it sells itself, if you know what to do once on the
site.. things like that.

All comments welcome. I'm just trying to see if there are any obvious things
I've missed before making it live.

Thanx in Advance

I find the faint brown text on white extremely difficult to read. There
is a disembodied short golden vertical bar three quarters of the way
through the text block that appears to start with ParkingSquad.com which
I see in Safari. It is the only vertical golden bar I see. I went far
enough to view your source. I'll let others comment on that including
validation if they wish.
<may be a better venue
for pure site aesthetics. You'll get ripped for your HTML, CSS,
Javascript and everything else here.

To be honest, it didn't look very good in any of the browsers I viewed
it in.

I didn't check the markup but suspect errors and lackings therein.

My advice is that you need to spend more time on it, possibly comparing
your results to other web pages that appeal to you.

Apart from too wide for many resolutions, requiring horizontal
scrolling, (no one likes this), there are more mistakes and poor
practice in the css and html than you can poke a stick at,
starting with no doctype declaration in the html. Put one in,
try:

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN"

and try to validate your html and css and look at all the
warnings and comments. In css you give no units

Did you write this or generate it with something?
