Cruise Control - synchronizing with CVS

Hello,
Can anyone tell me how config.xml in cruise control should look like, if I
want to connect to a CVS server in order to check if any changes were made ?
I've been trying to do it myself, but I keep getting errors. Maybe someone
has a working example ?
