Customizing the DataGrid

Hello!

I'm working on a DataGrid and I've run into two problems.

1) When there are no records, I want the datagrid to show up still,
(since I have a header and footer), so I simply want a message to show
up where the information would show up if it were there.

2) I'm also looking to customize one of the fields. Lets say if FieldA
is below zero, then the font color should be red instead of black. Is
there anyway to do such a customization?

Try looking at this 2 events of the DataGrid
The onItemdatabound and Itemcreated.
