CustomValidator client script runs on localhost but not on testing server

I have created and tested a client side script for a CustomValidator on my
development machine.

However when I Copy project to the testing server, the client side script
doesn't run. It is just ignored...no errors are generated

Is there a setting I need to change on the server (win2000) so client
scripts will run?
