Deign views for CreateUserWizard custom WizardSteps

If one creates a custom WizardStep in the CreateUSerWizard control can one
edit/design the WiardSTep in design view rather than just hacking the code
in code view. If so how: the right click menu on the control doesn;lt seem
to have an obvious item to do it
