Deploying the required file(s) only

Hi Folks

I have this new site with quite a few ASPX + CS files. What I'm looking
for is, when I deploy this from DEV to Production, I need to

1. Transfer only ASPX + CONFIG + DLLs (do not want to share
code-behind)
2. Do not want to display the code of ASPX either, if somebody open the
code file

Is this possible, if so could somebody please let me know "How to"?
2nd requirement is just a "Wish List", if its not possible, thats OK
