Like others I had a master page with a CSS file that showed up juts fine in
Design view but was not applied at runtime. I prepended ~/ on the stylesheet
name and it worked fine at runtime but now does not show up in Design view.
Does anyone know why this is and if there is a fix for it? (Visual Studio
2005 Team System for Developers, Visual Studio SP! applied).
