Differences between running a site using SSL or not

Hi,

I design a site in ASP.NET, without SSL.
But the final version I want to run with SSL. Is there any difference
regarding designing application for running with and without SSL, beside
installing the server certificate and changind URL from http to https?

No... not really. Any data that is submitted is decrypted prior to you
using it in asp.net.
