DTD for a class object

Good day,
I was just wondering if there exists a standard DTD for class objects> I would like to write a documation tool much like the javadoc Tool for another language and would like to put the class/object documention information into XML files. If there is a standard DTD for classes or objects could you please let me know where it is. Thanks alot.
