Dynamic menu on www with ASP.NET

Hi
I'm from Poland and I have small question . I'm looking for sample
example how to create dynamic menu. Generaly my website will see like
that

1 | 3 | 4
| |

Only the section 1 is dynamic. 2 and 4 is state. And 3 section belong on
2, what we choose in the menu. Anyone has some example, code, source or
anything of that ?? Plese help the friend from Poland .
