Does anyone know of the existence of a good JAVA/STRUTS framework for
e-commerce sites (cart managing, payment managing, price list and so

Creating such a framework is expensive (time & money) and I don't
know of anyone giving one away for free, save the pet store example
from Sun. Either leverage that one or be prepared to spend some $
