Eclipse question again (bleargh)

HI all, first may i say. HAPPY INTERNATIONAL TALK LIKE A PIRATE DAY!

Now, this is just a quick question since google doesnt seem to want to
answer me.

In Eclipse the java ide has functionallity to "collapse" functions.
This is a great function and something i used alot when i was
programming in VS for c#.

My question is, where is the button/menuitem/keyboard shortcut to
Expand/Collapse all functions on a single page? And is there an option
somewhere to automatically open files with collapsed functions?

Be great if someone can help!

For opening all files with collpsed functions
Goto Window => Preferances => Java => Editor => Folding
And there you can specify what all elements you want folded when the
file is opened initially
