File Output to folder in local website

Hello,
I am an asp.net newbie and am trying to output a file to a folder in my
project on my server. I am trying to use a string: private string const
myString = @"/_submissions/output.xml". The error message that I am
getting says it can't find "c:\_submissions\output.xml". Is there
anything that I should be doing in my code or on my server that would
ease this process?
