Filters

I suppose I must have been living right as I've just now stumbled across
this:

<meta http-equiv="Page-Enter" content="blendTrans(Duration=1.0)">

I suppose that's a MS DHTML filter.

Does that work in Mac IE, or only IE windows?

Do these things work anywhere else? Degrade with no problems?

Any WYSWYG editors that let you choose them?

I suspect I'll be working on a site that already uses and likes
filters. As it's a lighting design firm it's not an inapropriate use.

Cheers,
Jeff

I run IE under WinXP and they don't work, fortunately. It's an option
that can be switched off. Looks like a hangover from the dreaded Death-
by-PowerPoint middle managers thought was cool five years ago.
