final word: separate real per context in Tomcat

I have been readin some discussions on the NET
abot setting separate authentication realm for
some context in Tomcat.

It seems that it is provided by the servlet specification,
but it does not work in Tomcat, but I have not encountered a final
conclusion.

I tried it myself, but it does not seem to work. Maybe I am doing
something wrong...

What is the final word on that ?
