flawfinder in ruby?

anyone doing something like this in ruby?
this one scans c/c++ only. it would be great to extend the scan test to
include other lang (of course, after we manage it to convert to ruby).

I'm not, but I'm working on similar tools using ParseTree and my
ruby2ruby toy. Doing something like flawfinder would be pretty easy
using ParseTree's SexpProcessor. I'd like to extend the ParseTree to
have something like PCCTS/Antlr's tree pattern matching and rewriting
system. Then it would be entirely trivial.
