generate call graph for C on windows-xp

Hello,
I search a free tool in order to create call graphs for source code in
C. I heard that kscope can generate call graphs, but I suppose it can
run only on Linux ?

Is there such a tool for windows ?

IIRC doxygen can also generate call graphs, among many
other things.

Thanks, I install doxygen / graphviz, it's simple to use and works
very fine !
