Whenever I use a web part with the ChromeType="TitleAndBorder" the web part
always has the following style set:
<td style="padding:5px";><div id="ct100_WebPartManager_myWebPart>
stuff

How can the padding be eliminated, I cannot find were it is set; it is
always there.
